Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Attend all incoming calls and Transferring calls as necessary
- Diary management and management of meeting rooms
- Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
- Marinating stationery stock and stationery stock bills
- Co-ordinating with housekeeping staff and pantry staff
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis
