Job Description:
- Need to perform both front office executive cum Admin in charge role.
- Office Boys Attendance Maintenance and report to HR for their Monthly Salary Purpose.
- Maintaining the Records of Fire Extinguishers indication type and its location
- Arrangements for Office meetings and presentations.
- Flight ticket booking for Employees and Guests, Cab Booking for Employees & Guests, Hotel Room Reservation for Guest.
- Stock Maintenance of Stationeries, Sanitary Items & Provisional Items.
- Register Maintenance for Bookings such as Cab, Flight, Caterers Contract & Conference Hall.
- Verification & Preparation of Monthly Bills like Electricity, Courier, Stationery and Sanitary, AMC Maintenance.
- Candidates having knowledge in logistics and Document Control are desirable.
- Candidates who can join immediately are more preferred.
