Reconciliation Specialist
Job Description
· Good communication skill
· Good in computer skill, like MS office.
· Utilize various methods to reconcile account discrepancies.
· Resolve reconciliation discrepancies in a timely manner.
· Identify and resolve all variances before final processing of claims.
· Responsible for the identification, accounting and reporting of information related to the reconciliations performed.
· Uploading files in the portal.
· Monthly MIS reports preparation
· Analyze &
resolve reconciliation issues as per the processing guidelines and
documentations
· Completing daily and monthly reconciliation, research, and follow-through for assigned accounts.
· Responsible to meet & exceed the accuracy and productivity goals
· Achieve and maintain performance consistent with requirements for productivity, quality, and service levels.
Develop and maintain productive team-oriented relationships through individual contacts and group meetings.
