- Making payment reminder outcalls for customer/client with overdue payments.
- Follow up post the payment reminder outcall: for payment collection or outcall to be made on another date.
- Follow up with customers with overdue payments via various communication
- Identifying complaints received from customer side
- Preparing MIS for the collection on daily basis
- Proper coordination with team
- Candidate should have good communication skills
