Job Description
- Tele calling on recovery cases of all bank products and maintaining proper banking guidelines.
- Required at least 1-year experience in telesales/collection.
- Achieve monthly ageing & collection targets
- Open additional channels of recovery.. skip trace, legal, etc
- Manage escalations.
- Negotiate with past due accounts for debt recovery.
- Closely monitor and follow-up overdue accounts for timely resolutions.
