• Designation: Recruiter Consultant (IT & Non IT)
  
• Qualification: Graduate (MBA Preferred)
  
• Experience: 01 to 03 years’ experience
  

Position Overview

• The role holder will be responsible for end to end recruitment life cycle. 
• Understand the job requirements and process quality profile for open position in cost effective manner.
  
• Must ensure overall Clients satisfaction and productivity, through efficient supervision of the Flow of Requirements, Timely and Quality Delivery.
  

Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for managing recruitment process.
  
• Able to do Screening, Sourcing, Scheduling.
  
• Can Search resumes from various available Job Portals.
  
• Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds
  
• Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position
  
• Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate’s experience and requirement
  
• Negotiates salaries with candidates and negotiates pay rates with subcontracting companies and close the position.
  
• Arranges for client interviews and possible offer of employment
  
• Acts as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintains monthly contact with consultant.
  
• Update the Resourcing Application System routinely.
  

• Sound knowledge about Recruitment Industry.
  
• Self-starter and has good listening skills.
  
• Self-Motivated, team player, action and results oriented.
  
• Good communication skills in English.
  
• Strong Time Management skills, Well-organized and good reporting skills.
  
• Experience in recruitment either in IT or Non IT .
