- Current opportunity is within Corporate HR team based in Sector 32 Gurgaon.
- We are looking for someone with determination and a focus on delivering results.
- A creative thinker and someone who can bring continuous development of sourcing strategies.
- You would be responsible for -Source, qualify and match candidates to defined profiles and specific open requisitions across assigned Business Units.
- Hiring for all level positions for Gurgaon, Chennai, Bangalore as well as International offices in SEA region.
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies.
- Work with a database for sourcing and tracking of candidates.
- Salary Negotiation, Offer Generation and Background Verification.
- Appointment Letter & Joining Formalities On Boarding and Induction Process.
- Campus & University Relations
- 3-7 years experience in a corporate or agency recruitment role into Garment/ Retail Industry.
- Hands on experience of working on Excel & Power point.Strong team player.
- Analytical skills and problem solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. .
- Good understanding of pipeline management Data analysis experience
