Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct initial mapping list of potential candidates via different resources like, job portals, headhunting, social network, referencing, Job postings, Mailers, etc.
Act as a catalyst in driving business growth and building strategic relationships
Initial screening of the candidates via telephonic discussion
Ask insightful questions to the potential candidates for the mandates (positions)
Referring the screened up candidates to respective client
Scheduling & coordinating with the candidates at different levels of the recruitment cycle
Client Handling experience will be added advantage.
Making the requirements clear to the team after discussing the demand with client.
Experience in Normal as well as Walk-In positions.
Achieving targets in given time limits.
Core part of
Preparation of day to day reports, Database Management
MIS Reporting
