Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling the complete recruitment life cycle for mid & senior management positions - sourcing/screening, short-listing profiles, Candidates tracking and follow-up, processing CV's, updating / maintaining internal database etc.
- Analyse requirement according to the specification mentioned by the client.
- Procuring and screening resumes for the current hiring needs of the various requirements from Clients.
- Ability to handle candidates and clients independently.
- Evaluating the candidate job stability and reasons for seeking a career change.
- Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the client?s requirements.
- Evaluating the candidate skills and competencies including communication skills, interpersonal skills, confidence level and presentation.
- Follow up with the candidates to ensure that the candidates once confirmed, join the organization.
- Identify, screen and assist in recruiting candidates via telephone/email
- Regularly interacting with clients to understand their requirement.
- Update the candidates/clients information in company database.
- Preparing and releasing advertisements in portals
- Sorting and screening of profiles with respect to the specific requirement of the clients.
- Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like, LinkedIn, job portals to fill the vacancies and stimulating them to apply for the jobs.
- Responsible for handling all mid and senior level requirements.
- Ensuring timely communication to all concerned pertaining to anything that effects client, both internal and external.
- Gathering pre-close information (candidate's present/ expected compensation, relocation issues, etc.).
- Maintaining a systematic and comprehensive database of all candidates.
