Job Description
- Responsible for End to End recruitment.
- Identifying candidates via Job Boards, Social Networking Sites, Referrals, Head Hunting, Market Mapping and through your own professional networks.
- Sourcing and Screening candidates, Conducting interviews to identify best candidates to fit client needs
- Working directly with Client Account Managers and Business Development Head to understand the requirement and present qualified candidates and coordinate, scheduling of interviews
- Provide feedback to both candidates and clients regarding interviews, and facilitate communication during offer stage
- Negotiate with candidates in order to identify compensation level that is fair and competitive to both parties.
- Involved in both IT/ Non-IT Hirings.
