Job Description
- We are hiring for Recruiter / Sr Recruiter position for our own consultancy firm.
- Coordination of entire Recruiting and selection Process from end to end with extensive process management sourcing, interviewing and selection skill.
- Indentify potential candidates suitable for desired position, network with existing candidate pool, actively source referrals, and follow through with leads to recruit top from competing firms/ targeted firms.
- Proficient in sourcing prospects from job portals, reference mapping, head hunting, posting son job portals.
- Headhunting of professionals for specific requirements
- Scrutinizing, screening and short listing resumes based on specific criteria, skill, platforms, qualifications and relevant experience
- Managing end to end recruitment for clients.
- The Candidate should be Energetic & Dynamic with Fluency in spoken English.
- Exp:- min. 6 months ( Freshers with MBA degree may also apply)
