Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Experience on End to End recruitment Process.
- Willing to explore new markets.
- At least 6 months of experience in Malaysian recruitments will be added advantage.
- Seeks, interviews, assesses, reference checks and places contract employees that completely satisfy the client requirements.
- Experience in Headhunting, Social Networking and referral programs.
- Continuously explores new recruiting sources, job boards, and forums to assist the recruiters in growing their candidate pools.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Must be outgoing and self-motivated with a strong desired to excel; and the ability to learn new things quickly.
- Must have strong time-management skills and ability to multitask and maintain focus and discipline.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good at Excel Reporting.
