Designation / Role: Recruiter - Talent Acquisition.

Education Qualification: Any Graduate or Post Graduate.

Job Location: Bangalore.

Experience: Fresher.

Salary Package: Total Cost to Company: Fixed Component + Incentives + Annual Performance Bonus = 3+ Lakhs per annum (If one performance better, you can earn from anywhere between 3 to 8+ Lakhs on the basis of performance).

1. Fixed Component:

0 to 6 Month's - Stipend 10,000 per month take home.

6 to 12 Month's - 12,000 per month take home.

2. Incentives on closures:

The incentives per closure ranges from 2000 to 25,000.

3. Annual Performance Bonus:

20 plus closures: Minimum sum assured is 75,000.

30 plus closures: Minimum sum assured is 1,00,000.

Job Description:

• The individual needs to be smart with great communication skills and proactive.
• He / She needs to have a very strategic approach in the Talent Acquisition.

Job Specification:

• Must be interested in Talent Acquisition, and comfortable in hiring Pharma, Clinical, and Technologies for Pharmaceutical & Clinical Industry.
• Must be passionate about Recruitment Function and willing to learning and grow.
• He / She should be willing to work hard, committed and trustworthy.
• Top class industry standard training will be provided to the individual.
• Working hours will be 9:00 am to 6:00 pm: Monday to Saturday.
