Job Description
Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for performing Recruitment operations tasks in a timely and accurate manner as per the client specific standard operating procedures. The Recruiting Coordinator works with the process SME and Operations Manager to identify issues, opportunities for improvement and recommends solutions. The Coordinator should be able to perform rule-based transactions with simple calculations. If needed this role may be leveraged across multiple clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Acquire knowledge from SME (Internal/Client) as per the training calendar defined for the client
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per client standards
- Ensure consistent productivity & accuracy performance as per business requirements
- Prompt response to queries from Internal or External stakeholders
- Review and suggest updates for Standard Operating Procedures
- Identify, share, support and implement operational improvements
- Follow Data Security and Code of Conduct standards
- Ensure compliance with all the reports
- Maintain timely documentation/tracking in the applications for the processes
- Ensure compliance to Time entry& MIS guidelines
