- Urgent Opening with Kotak Life Insurance for RDM( Recruitment & Development Manager) for Multiple Locations.
- Reporting – Branch Manager
- Primarily responsible for management and development of channel network to promote Insurance and consequently accountable for revenue generation and achievement of business targets by recruiting & developing the team of advisors & generating business through them.
- An RDM act as a Recruiter, coach & sales leader.
- Candidates who have at least 2 years of sales experience from any industry, candidates from Direct Sales, Banc assurance channel; Plywood; Telecom; Fevicol; Eureka Forbes; Pharma; Real Estate will be preferred; Travel & Tourism, Telecom
