Businesses we cater for include consultancies, technology companies, investment banks, high-frequency trading firms, hedge funds, asset management and private equity firms amongst many others.

This position will be mainly telesales to the US. You must possess a great telephone manner and be confident liaising with candidates and clients of all levels.

You will have to work hours covering your market being EU or America - open to international hours is a must

Excellent English is a MUST both written and verbal

Responsibilities

Building relationships and regularly consulting clients and candidates, to ensure their recruitment needs are met

Maintaining successful client/candidate relationships

Generating new business through business development

Candidate engagement; screen CVs, communicate and interview candidates to establish position suitability

Hitting/surpassing targets to earn commission
