- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
- Screening resumes.
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
- Administering appropriate company assessments.
- Performing reference and background checks.
- Arranging interviews at client's place.
- Handling of clients on a regular basis. Interacting with clients by call, mails & client visit.
- Telecalling the candidates and educating them about the opening, the company, the requirement criteria.
- Posting of a job at portals.
