Job Description
Position: Recruitment Consultant
- Understand clients’ recruitment/ hiring needs and assist clients to fulfil their Recruitment Assignments for both existing and new clients/ companies..
- Source suitable candidates via advertising, resume mining, networking and referrals
- Manage clients’ and candidates’ expectation.
- Provide good customer service and build excellent rapport with both clients and candidates
- Resource talent who match Client requirements
- Inject creativity throughout the recruitment cycle
Attributes that We Want:
- Minimum two years recruitment knowledge
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and work well under pressure as an individual as well as in a team
- You MUST have the ability to multi-task
- You must be confident making recruitment calls and head-hunting calls (training will be provided)
- Must have extremely good communication skill
- Should be willing to handle pressure
