- Conduct initial screening for the suitable candidates
- Schedule the Telephonic & Personal round of discussion for the shortlisted candidates
- Should do salary negotiation on behalf of client
- Responsible for Joining formalities for the selected candidates
- Responsible for complete follow-up of the shortlisted candidates
