Job Description
- Hiring for Freshers who wants to jump start their career with Global exposure in recruitment/Talent Acquisition:

- All this between 9.30AM to 6.30PM/no shifts
- Responsible for Global End to End recruitment.
- Hunting candidates via Job Boards, Social Media, Referrals, Head Hunting, Market Mapping and through your own professional networks.
- Seeking other avenues / alternative sourcing methods to increase the pool.
- Screening candidates to identify the right candidate. Draft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Keeping candidates and client informed about the progress. Provide feedback to both candidates and clients regarding interviews, and facilitate communication during offer stage
- Negotiate with candidates in order to identify compensation level that is fair and competitive to both parties.
- Go-getter, positive attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Powerful skills of persuasion and negotiation
- Ability to work in a faced paced environment.
- Desire to earn a good income
