Job Description
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate a high volume of interviews (telephonic, video and onsite) with both efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience, throughout the interview process.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Support the Human Resources Team with Employee Onboarding and other HR coordination.
- Work closely with external vendors, local and global stakeholders and interviewers, on achieving the company's hiring targets.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 0-2 yrs of relevant experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional people skills and the ability to maintain a pleasant demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience with Google Docs, Applicant Tracking Systems, and other sourcing tools a plus
- Easily Accessible to assist Hiring activities
