The Role

We currently have an exciting and challenging contractual opportunity available for experienced Coordinators to be part of an exciting new RPO Talent Acquisition team working with one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies. The candidate would be working in Bangalore (Infantry Road, Vasanth Nagar)

Key responsibilities include:

• Management of data maintenance, data governance and data audit
• Working closely with the recruitment team and maintain the data in the applicant tracking system and generate relevant reports.
• Documenting, tracking, and maintaining applicant records and data in the applicant tracking system

Skills and Experience

We are looking for a motivated individual who has six months or more years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will also ideally have:

• Excellent MS Excel skills
• A solid understanding with standard office software, such as the MS suite and Outlook to include complex scheduling
• Exposure to working within a matrixed–managed environment; ensuring accuracy, timeliness and reporting
• A highly adaptable nature, you can embrace change and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exposure to the recruitment industry within the BPO or KPO space
• Ideally have worked on any applicant tracking system or similar systems.
