• Source Candidates from Database

• Taking ownership of the assigned work.

• Understanding the Job Description, discussing the job description with the client for submitting apt cv's

• Scrutinizing CVs as per Job Description from Job Boards like Naukri, Timesjobs and Social Networking Sites.

• Posting ads on job portals.

• Has to passion to speak over handphone

• Knowledge of using social media tools.

• Preparing the JD.

• Innovative approach to speak to candidates.
