Job Description
Note: This is a Manpower Service Provider Firm (manpower consultancy)
- Interaction with multiple clients understanding the requirements.
- Mapping the plan and strategy for the requirement (in terms of various sourcing methods, basic interactions with candidates etc)
- Facilitate between the client and candidates for the interview process
- Frequent follow-up in both the sides for quick and quality closure.
- Maintaining a client relationship as well candidate relationships.
- Introducing and making aware the team with current trends in recruitment in sourcing methods and encouraging the team in their work.
- Fixing targets and closure with 100% satisfaction
