Hexaconcepts () is a Bengaluru based company set up with an objective of providing services across different functions, empowering small and medium enterprises to focus on their core business. We have started with offerings in the human resource management space. At present we offer staffing services in analytics and related areas. We are looking for young, dynamic candidates who have good communication skills and are looking to make their mark in the recruitment function. You should be willing to work in a start-up environment.
Job Description:
1. Resume database maintenance
2. Understanding the job requirement and the client - their industry, company, culture, competition etc.
3. Sourcing candidates from various sources such as internal database, social media platforms such as Linkedin and job portals.
4. Screen candidates' resumes against the requirement
5. Conduct first-level screening of shortlisted candidates to obtain key information
6. Coordinate with clients and candidates to set up discussions
7. Update feedback from clients and candidates in the resume database
Skills and experience required:
1. Good Communication skills
2. Attention to detail
3. MS-Office
4. 0 -1 year of experience, fresher’s with good communication welcome to apply
