The Person
- A bright and enthusiastic individual seeking to gain an insight into the sales and recruitment functions of the recruitment industry.
- In this role you will provide valuable admin support to a small and very dynamic team and will have some basic knowledge of sales.
- To update and maintain the company’s database of clients and candidates
- To assist with registering and updating candidate record files
- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal
- Good administrative and IT skills (including Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Basic understanding of the role of a recruitment consultant
- Good research and IT skills
- Telesales
- This is a voluntary position to gain experience within the recruitment sector.
- Although this is an unpaid position, you will be eligible to receive commissions for any candidates that you have placed.
- The commission structure shall be explained further at interview.
- We ask for a minimum commitment of 5 days per week.
- A full time role may be offered after the successful completion of your internship, depending on your performance.
- The opportunity to develop valuable recruitment, sales and communications skills.
- References can be supplied on successful completion of the internship
