- Sourcing the candidates through Job portals, Headhunting, referrals and internal reference.
- Screening resumes, Short listing the Profiles.
- Conducting the Initial rounds through telephonic interviews.
- Scheduling the candidates for respective interviews.
- Follow up with the Shortlisted & selected candidates.
- Maintaining the MIS reports.
