Job Description
- Sources and selects candidates by approaching Colleges, headhunting, telecalling, using Job Portals and all possible means for getting candidates on Board for the ICICI Bank and other Banking and Insurance Clients.
- Deliver as per the targets set and maintain a good database of candidates as pipeline in order to consistently line up candidates on month on month basis to meet the business need of the clients.
- Timely, responsive and accurate sourcing of candidates as per the mandate shared by clients for hiring Sales Officers.
- Follow the recruitment process and be highly compliant.
