• Hiring through recruitment network and reference
• Conduct pre-screening interviews through phone and F2F interview.
• Organizing and coordinating the walk-In & Scheduled interviews with the requirement.
• Discussed and negotiated the salary propositions with candidates, delivering the employment offer to the candidate.
• Coordinating and taking care of on-boarding activities
