Position Summary (US Staffing): Night Shift

During the Internship/Training, HR Interns will learn:

Talent acquisition related tools, Social Media (LinkedIn), Job Portals (Dice, Monster) and through Networking with professional groups and different community groups.
USA geography, time zones, different work authorizations in USA (CPT/OPT/H1/L1/GC/USC) and employment types (W2, 1099, C2C).
USA employment contracts and accounting terms, different levels of interview techniques and limitations and background verification processes.
To promote existing relationships with referrals and leads.
Time management skills without sacrificing quality.
