Job Description
- Handling All the Processes/Operations of Recruitment & Selection.
- Sourcing of candidates through Job Portals, Social Networking Sites, Headhunting, In-house database, Referrals & Advertisements.
- As required, Building and Recruiting Team members, Setting Target for Team Members, Ensure all Team Members achieve or exceed Targets.
- Manpower Planning & Responsible for complete End-to-End Recruitment Cycle for Mandates received from Clients and for In-House requirements; including Sourcing, Selection, Interview, Recruitment, Orientation & Induction.
- Coordinating & Day-to-Day Interactions, Interviews, Negotiations, Follow-up with the Clients & Candidates.
- Reporting & maintaining records of Targets of the Recruitment Team, MIS, Database, Mandates received from Clients, Profiles sent etc.
- Training, Development, Mentoring, Coaching & Guiding the Teams for handling the mandates & Targets.
- Ensure Quality Delivery of Output to the Clients while working within Deadlines.
- Conducting Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual performance appraisal of Team Members
- Supporting your superior in Decision Making
- Monthly/Weekly meetings to keep employees updated and informed about policies and job responsibilities.
- Back office Operations, which include Database Management System (DBMS), HRIS for Weekly/Monthly/Annually.
- Develop & Manage New & Existing Clients
