Job Description:
- Sourcing of candidates based on the required skill through various job sites like Naukri, Times Jobs and other sources such as Headhunting, Reference, professional networking sites, company database etc.
- Pre-screening candidates to check their interest, confidence, communication skills etc.
- Submitting confirmed CVs to Team Lead/Clients
- Scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Follow-ups with candidates / clients for status.
- Coordinating with the candidate till he joins the organization.
Salary-No Bar for good candidates.
Fresher may also welcome with good communication skills & relevant educational qualification only.
