Recruitment Executive

Sourcing and screening the right candidates through various sources like Job Portals, Head Hunting, Database, and Referrals.
Need to understand the Job Description as shared by HR Managers.
Screening the resumes.
Interview candidates to understand capabilities, strength and Job Knowledge as per Client requirements.
Managing Client Relationship.
Coordination with HR Managers, Prepare and Maintain MIS of candidates.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate / or MBA (Preferably in HRD) with 0 – 2 yrs experience in Recruitment or similar nature of the organization.
Job Portal knowledge will be an added advantage.
Good Computer / English Skills are MUST.
For Fresher, we will be providing ON THE JOB TRAINING.
