Job Description
- Work on Permanent positions.
- Handle recruitment process with effective resourcing tools/portals from resourcing, searching and screening.
- Have to screen resumes, rate them as per technical and soft skills assessment
- Training will be provided on hiring resources with skills like .Net, Java/J2ee, Oracle PL/SQL, ERP, Testing Web Technologies, Databases, System Administration, Network Engineering, Business Analyst / Project Management and ERPs like SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Siebel, Non – IT Requirements etc.
- Need to perform under pressure.
- Working hours should be 9 hours per day and Five days working but sometimes need to work on Saturday as per client requirement.
- Official Work Timings is 9am to 6pm.
