Job Description

Job Description The primary role is to fill open positions with clients by finding suitable candidates. Candidate mapping and researching for potential candidates across different industries Sourcing profiles from job portals, Linkedin, social media and referrals and creating a strong pipeline of suitable candidates for various vacancies Cold calling potential candidates from the database  Conducting initial telephonic interviews to screen potential candidates Arranging interviews with clients Complete candidate management Helping with salary negotiations and onboarding activities
Candidate profile: Candidate should be a graduate / postgraduate / MBA (HR) Should be number driven and result oriented Should be a confident communicator in English – both oral and written and should have very good interpersonal skills Should be happy to work in a small team and grow with the company Should be from Gurgaon
