Job Description

previous IT recruiting experience in a contract staffing environment,
preferably working in a fast-paced environment.

Skills Required:
- A strong desire to succeed.
- 0-6 Months of experience in US Staffing.
- Knowledge of key recruiting skills, including various sourcing, candidate selection, selling and negotiating techniques, as well as candidate management system.
- Must be able to multi-task and handle multiple opportunities at one time.
- Ability to work in a very high volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
- Proven ability to work independently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem resolution. Excellent planning, time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Results oriented. Ability to plan week, month, and quarter with proven results.
- Ability to work with client hiring
managers to schedule interviews.
