Requirements:

• 0-3 years’ experience in information technology with proven track record
  
• Experience in IT Recruitment and knowledge of various technologies & roles in IT industry
  
• Hands on experience with various selection processes a) phone interviewing/face to face) reference check
  
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment life cycle and sourcing candidates through connections, portals, social medias etc.,
  
• Used any Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Good in assessment and decision-making skills
  

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  
• Post jobs in appropriate Portal/Job Board
  
• Source and attract candidates as per internal/client needs
  
• Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  
• Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  
• Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team
  
• Coordinate with client for interviews etc., and ensure closure within expected timeline
