Job Description
We are looking for a Recruitment Executive to support the Principal with the research,coordination and database building work for the mid management and senior management level assignments for our clients.
Job Title: Recruitment Executive
Reports to: Principal
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project managing multiple search assignments including coordination with Clients, Recruitersand the Candidates
- Sourcing and Mapping relevant candidates with the help of various portals like - Naukri,Linkedin etc
- Primary/Telephonic assessment of candidates for any given assignment and share commendations to the client
- Other responsibilities - managing and building the Recruiter Database etc
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years and Maximum of 4 years of experience in Recruitment/TalentAcquisition space
- Should have understanding of various relevant portals like Naukri.com, Linkedin, etc
- Graduate degree from a reputed instituteStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
