Job Description
- Involved in end to end recruitment cycle
- Have experience/knowledge in recruitment
- Coordinating with hiring managers to understand requirements and appropriate skill sets
- Utilize appropriate sourcing channels effectively
- Monitor recruitment sourcing methods and make recommendations to improve applicant attraction
- Complete initial screening interview of potential candidates
- Prepare candidate profile for hiring managers
- Scheduling and coordinating the entire interview process
- Takes an active role in HR/Recruitment initiatives
- Willingness to learn and take up new challenges
- Ability to work independently, spontaneously with very less monitoring & take responsibility
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
