Job qualifications & Experiences
- Any Graduate, preferably BBM/MBA
- 1-2 Yrs experiences
- Exceptionally good communications and ability to work on extended hours- Able to attend office regularly
Job Responsibilities
- Able to source candidates through Naukri / Linkedin and through some networking
- Conversant with different search criteria
- Able to understand the Job description and customer shared requirements
- Ability to work on both IT/ Non-IT requirements
- Ability to work in junior/mid-level positions
- Good exposure to MS Excel especially maintaining tracker and using Filters
- Ability to manage and interact with the Client Recruitment Team
- Must have a positive attitude and quick learning
- Must be result-oriented
