Full Time / Part time Recruitment executive
Level of management: Entry level /executive grade
Salary scale: Salary + Excellent incentives (Will be provided as per slab on each closure)

Job Description

• Sourcing candidates from database, portals etc for suitable resumes 
• Head hunting, suitable, candidates as per specifications given by the client.
• Interviewing the candidates and scheduling interviews
• End to End Recruitment for positions across verticals of the company
• Sourcing, Screening and short listing the profiles
• Making walk-ins on daily basis and handling the entire candidate pool and helping them in terms of briefing, grooming and processing them with the suitable clients

Roles and Responsibilities include:

• Understanding the Client requirements (Client co-ordination).
• Sourcing the candidates from different portals, database, and network.
• Cold calling, Head Hunting
• Educating the candidate about the job profile.
• Screening the candidate and fixing an appointment.
• Follow-up of the candidate until he turns into a joiner.
• Closing the requirements in the given time.

Qualifications

• Any graduates /post graduates with or without experience
• Sensible and Desire to excel their career in Recruitment 
• The Candidate should be a good intellect.
• The Candidate should be flexible to handle the respective Management Responsibilities from time to time
• The Candidate should have a Positive attitude towards the targets. 
• The Candidate must possess Good Communication & and Interpersonal Skills.
• The candidate must have capabilities to handle Immense Work Pressure.
• The candidate must have courage to accept the work Challenges at different Work Front.
