Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Sourcing, screening, compiling, and shortlisting qualified candidates for various technical roles.
2. Creating hiring strategies, understanding the needs/requirements, and tailoring the approach accordingly.
3. Writing and posting technical job descriptions on job portals, social media, and other relevant channels.
4. Arranging telephonic, video, or in-person interviews.
5. Maintaining contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
6. Staying up-to-date with new technological trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience in IT recruitment profile
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (Ex google meet, zoom etc)
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand job requirements for IT roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network
