About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
2. Screen candidates resumes and job applications
3. Assess candidates/applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
4. Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
5. Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
6. Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
7. Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
