- Experience : 0 - 2 years
- Job Timings : 6.30 pm-3.30 am (Night Shift only)
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Should be able to manage a team of Recruiters .
- Able to Train Recruiters.
- mentoring, hiring, firing and promoting and building recruiting Plan
- Should do the Performance evaluation of recruiters
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have completed Masters,
- Good Communication and verbal Skills.
- Should be hardworking and passionate towards work
