- Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
- Co-ordination with client, Analysing and Understanding requirements shared.
- Sourcing of profiles
- Advertise job openings
- Screening and scheduling
- Follow up with all the scheduled candidates and co-ordinate with the client regarding updates
- Follow up with the candidates till on-boarding
- Daily, Weekly and monthly reporting
- Good communication Skills
- Knowledge of MS Word, Internet etc.
