Job Description :
· Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
· Co-ordination with the client, Analysing and Understanding requirements shared.
· Sourcing of profiles
· Advertise job openings
· Screening and scheduling
· Follow up with all the scheduled candidates and co-ordinate with the client regarding updates
· Follow up with the candidates till on-boarding
· Daily, Weekly and monthly reporting
· Good communication Skills
· Knowledge of MS Word, Internet etc.
