• Job Summary: The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for facilitating the effective staffing of client’s requirements by assessing staffing needs and recruiting talented individuals to fill those needs.  
  

 Role and Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the Manager and ensure that the current needs, requirements and expectations of the job are adequately understood
  
• Effectively assess candidates via thorough screening of profiles
  
• Sourcing and recruiting candidates using a variety of outlets such as job portals, social media while targeting the right kind of market while also seeking out and recommending creative ways of sourcing talent
  
• Demonstrating success in direct sourcing techniques to include calling and internet searches
  
• Identify target companies, user groups, professional associations which could lead to qualified candidates
  
• Making initial candidate contact and building relationships with the primary focus on lead generation and development of new candidate prospects. 
  
• Schedule interviews with the respective department head, carrying out pre-interview screenings including reference checks
  
• Gaining market intelligence including and understanding of the talent landscape in targeted geographic locations
  
• Having in-depth knowledge of the industry and company objectives as well as current trends in recruiting and staffing.   
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  
• Should be Well versed with MS Excel
  
• Target-driven and ability to adhere to deadlines
  
• Willingness to work flexible hours
  
• Self-motivated with excellent research skills
