Job Description
Support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by owning high-quality hiring.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify hiring needs
- Develop hiring strategy and plan
- Develop JDs in coordination with team leads
- Recruit and Onboard new hires
Qualifications
- Master's degree or relevant experience
- 3+ years' experience in HR (Previous startup experience is a bonus)
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
