- Managing sales and P&L of the respective location
- Team handling and optimizing team productivity
- Sourcing business through open market through different channels.
- Fullfilling the leads, implement and develop sales activities
- Executing all the sales planning and overseeing target allocation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Meet clients, verify documents, process file for sanction, co-ordinate for disbursement of loans
- Ensure the achievement of given business target
- Aligning with marketing team for lead generation for sales.
