Job Description:
- Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing software solutions /services and products.
- Sell a full range of our company software services; requires consultative-selling skills
- Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle
- Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospects.
- Conducts one-on-one and group sales presentations.
- Responsible for account management of an existing and assigned territory.
- Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports.
- Develop and maintain prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads in our CRM system.
- Understand the product and communicate its benefits to the customer effectively by meeting them at commercial places, shops, offices etc.
- Responsible for generating sales revenue as per given targets.
- Schedule and conduct visits and follow up with client till closure.
- Get connected between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service.
- Laptop is compulsory
- Must be a self-starter.
- Master Degree (or equivalent work experience) business, marketing and sales or related field of study.
- Analytic skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization.
- Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.

- Nagpur, Kolhapur, Aurangabad, Nashik, Nanded, Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Surat, Baroda, Raipur, Bhilai, Jhansi, Jaipur, Udaipr, Jodhpur, Hyderabad, Vijaywada , Vizag, Bhuvneshwar.
- CTC offered : Rs. 5,50,000/Annum.
- Rs.3,00,000-fixed annual salary.
- Rs.2,50,000-incentive cycle.
- Primary & Secondary target are there & primary target is compulsory for monthly salary.
- Primary target is Rs.1,50,000/annum. In which 50,000 is mandatory
